Focused Problem Solving for Teams is a flexible, working session that not only helps teams learn practical problem solving and decision-making tools and skills but also enables them to apply these tools to real-time problem situations that require collaboration. To help participants to learn, practice and apply their workshop skills, the program is typically delivered in two sessions. Session I typically requires1 or 2 days. This is followed by a hiatus of 3-4 weeks to allow the teams to analyze their most critical issues. In Session II (reconnect meeting) the teams present their analysis and learn additional solution generation and implementation planning tools. All sessions are tailored to the client's needs.
Focused Problem Solving for Teams is designed for teams of any size or composition that are motivated to find a more systematic and effective way of analyzing their critical problems and formulating concrete plans to address their priority issues.
