Focused Problem Solving for Intact Teams is a two-day workshop that is tailored to the specific needs of an intact team within a specific organization or location. This practical workshop helps both new and existing teams develop the essential critical thinking skills and a common language/ approach for collaboratively solving difficult problems, generating consensus on decisions, and formulating workable implementation plans.

The Focused Remote Team is a customized series of flexible half or full-day modules that are designed to help “virtual” and “geographically-dispersed” teams build the necessary communications skills, trust and rapport that are vital to a team’s success. These attributes are extremely difficult, if not impossible, to develop over the telephone, video conference or through email correspondence. Because of this, we work closely with each client to tailor the approach and timing to the team’s unique needs. These modules are then designed to integrate into either a 2 or 3-day off-site retreat, or the session can be conducted on-site periodically throughout the year.
Managing Focused Meetings is a highly interactive half, one or two-day workshop that provides the essential meeting leadership tools required for leading and guiding a wide range of business meetings to successful conclusions. The session provides a logical, practical approach to meetings that can be customized to the unique needs of the specific client and meeting situation. Using our five-phase approach to meeting effectiveness, our consultants design the most appropriate learning experience for meeting leaders and their teams.
