Second, diagnostic tools provide a disciplined means for clearly feeding-back the key issues to team members and gaining their commitment for change.
Team Effectiveness Survey - Team Snap Shot™
The Team Snap Shot™ enables teams to clearly and
objectively understand the current state of their team and its
team members. The Team Snap Shot™ questionnaire is based
on MMi's research regarding the 13 building blocks of high performing
teams. From this information we help teams and their sponsors
develop the insights and strategies to improve their level of
functioning and performance.
Conflict Management Survey
The Conflict Management Survey is a diagnostic instrument
that determines behavioral patterns in conflict situations. Since
conflict can be a common part of working together, participants
find that understanding their conflict style is helpful in working
through difficult situations with teammates.
Meyer-Briggs Type Indicator
Meyer-Briggs Type Indicator is one of the most highly
regarded instruments used to identify personality preferences.
It helps team members to understand themselves and get in sync
with others on the team. By more clearly understanding the similaritities
and unique differences of each team member, the MBTI can be the catalyst
for turning a poorly performing team around, moving it forward,
boosting morale and creating synergy.
Coggs Ladder Survey
Coggs Ladder helps to identify and understand the cohesiveness of a team. From this survey, the facilitator is able to discover how to help the team members move up a "notch on the ladder" toward greater team performance.
