Giving Focused Presentations & Briefings (GFP&B) is a hands-on one or two-day workshop with pre-work and post-session follow-up. GFP&B provides participants with practical and time-tested techniques, books and CD’s to help them give clear and concise briefings that focus on presenting logical and compelling arguments. This will enable their audience to clearly understand the problem at hand, get the relevant information to support the argument and make important decisions for the problem’s resolution. GFP&B is designed to help a wide range of participants present their issues to clients and management in a focused and fact-based manner.

Positive Power and Influence (PPI) is a highly interactive two or three-day workshop that helps participants maximize their personal impact by developing the style flexibility they need to influence effectively across a wide range of situations. They learn the techniques to accurately diagnose each influence situation they encounter and then apply the influence style that will be most effective. Using a time tested, research-based influence system, participants learn the critical influencing and interaction skills to enable them to gain the active cooperation, buy-in and support of those stakeholders over whom they have little or no authority.

The 360-degree Performance Feedback Workshop is a half-day session that is designed for a group of individuals who are participating in one of our 360-degree feedback programs. During this session, each participant receives his/her personal feedback reports and a personalized 360-degree Feedback Guide. Using this Workbook, participants are guided through a step-by-step, confidential analysis by the workshop leader. Based on this feedback information, each participant will understand his/her strengths and development needs on each competency, as perceived by each rater. Next, a summary report is created that provides composite feedback from all raters. Before the session ends, the participants begin creating their development action plans. Post-session, action plans are finalized and integrated into performance goals.
