Our leadership and management development workshops are not rigid, pre-packaged sessions. Our workshop facilitators are seasoned business consultants who can readily understand your unique operating culture, leadership competencies and business priorities. Based on this, the workshop sessions can be custom tailored to your specific requirements.
Workshop Summaries
Supervisory Survival Skills is a highly interactive two or three-day custom-designed workshop for those individuals who have made (or are in the process of making) the transition from contributor to first-level supervisor. We work with your firm's management to understand the supervisors' role, responsibilities and competencies necessary for success. Based on this information, we develop a workshop agenda that provides the essential basic and practical skills that will enable these newly appointed supervisors to succeed in their role. This workshop teaches practical and useable skills, not theory.
We also provide the option of conducting a confidential 360-degree survey. The workshop leader provides each participant the opportunity for individualized feedback on his/her's strengths and development needs. Other workshop learning experiences include: simulations, case studies, videotaped demonstrations, detailed workbooks and post-workshop worksheets.
Middle-Management Development Series is a highly interactive three-day or five-day custom-designed workshop for those individuals who are in the transition to middle-level manager. We work with your firm's management to clearly understand the middle manager's role, responsibilities and those unique competencies, behaviors and attributes that are required for success in this critical role. Based on this information, we work collaboratively with your people to build the most effective session. We draw from our library of skill modules and will also utilize your organization-specific information and situations. Our purpose is to provide the most practical managerial skills and insights that will enable these middle managers to succeed in their role.

Leadership Effectiveness and Influence Lab is a highly customized session designed for seasoned managers who have been identified as a "high potential" or "fast track" individuals. The session assumes that these leadership candidates have mastered the basic managerial skills and require higher-level skills that include visioning, influencing and collaboration skills. In collaboration with your firm's management, we develop a learning experience that focuses on state-of-art leadership research and the specific leadership competencies that are unique to an exceptional organization. During this workshop, participants participate in activities such as: confidential 360-degree feedback, leadership simulations, small and large group discussions, videotaped presentations, and real-time organization-specific assignments.
