Executive and High Potential Leadership Coaching

In addition to conducting structured workshop experiences, MMi specializes in providing individualized, one-on-one coaching to senior-level executives and to those who have been identified as high-potential, fast track talent who are critical to your organization's future success. Our confidential coaching process is a custom-designed, one-on-one developmental experience. Using a variety of feedback tools, we first help the executive gain a clear and objective understanding of his/her strengths, development needs and impact on others. With these insights, we then help the executive (and team, if appropriate) develop the necessary strategies and behaviors to break through whatever barriers are blocking him/her from achieving a higher level of success in your firm.
