Peg has been associated with MMi since 1999. As a senior associate, Peg specializes in helping teams and individuals conduct more focused and results-oriented meetings. As an expert in meeting management, she not only conducts workshops but serves as a "real-time" facilitator to help teams generate new ideas that address persistent organizational problems, develop new products or services, or simply share group information in a more clear and consistent manner .
Prior to joining MMi, Peg has functioned as both a senior consultant for Synetics, an international management consulting firm that specializes in creative problem solving, and also as an independent consultant. Some of Peg's past clients have included; Warner-Lambert, AT&T, VISA International, Very Fine Products, Nabisco, USAir, Trellix Corporation, Wellesley Centers for Women, and Boston Beer Company and many others.
A native Bostonian, Peg earned her M.B.A. from Simmons College and her B.A. in English from the University of Massachusetts in Boston. She is a member of the International Association of Facilitators and has written several articles about meeting facilitation and creative thinking. Her booklet, 39 Secrets of Effective and Enjoyable Meetings, was published in March, 2000. Peg is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Alumnae Association of the Graduate School of Management at Simmons College. In addition, she is a member of the President's Circle at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
