Alan formed Management Methods, Inc. (MMi) in 1978. Richard Karash
Rick is a senior consultant who has over 20 years of experience working to help executives, teams, and organizations solve complex organizational and team problems. With a background as an entrepreneur and seasoned consultant, Rick is uniquely able to work with clients to help them focus at multiple levels: what they do (methods and tools), how well they do it (skills, training programs), and the stance from which they approach new situations. Claudyne Wilder
Claudyne, a senior associate of MMi since 1998, is an acclaimed coach, speaker and trainer. One of Claudyne’s roles with MMi to is to provide Focused Presentations & Briefing Skills to all levels of management and staff. She’s the author of two books on presentation skills, and the co-creator of a two CD’s on visual design and content organization. Whether she is providing one-on-one coaching to executives or facilitating group workshops, Claudyne helps her clients develop, design and deliver highly focused presentations that are clear, succinct and compelling. Peg has been associated with MMi since 1999. As a senior consultant, Peg specializes in helping teams and individuals, at all levels, conduct more focused and results-oriented meetings.
