Employee Opinion Survey

An Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) is one of the most productive first steps management can take in addressing problems. It provides management with an accurate gauge of their employee's attitudes toward their jobs, rewards, the company, their supervisors, team leaders and management, as well as proposed changes. These perceptions enable management to understand the concerns of their employees before they begin to threaten the effectiveness of the organization. Based on the information EOS generates, the organization can implement proactive and constructive solutions. This custom-designed survey can be developed using either web-based or traditional paper-based methods. Click here to read our tips for ensuring a successful opinion survey.

Organizational Climate Analysis

MMi's Organizational Climate Analysis (ORC) is an organization-wide survey that enables management to determine if its strategic goals, plans, policies and change programs are being accurately translated and implemented, both vertically and laterally, throughout the organization. Feedback to management encourages constructive thinking and improvement around these critical dimensions.

Administering this survey annually or bi-annually encourages the long-term focus needed for organizational change, and provides an agenda for improvement at all levels of the organization.

The Communications Audit

The Communications Audit helps management understand more clearly how communications actually work within the organization and among its cross-functional teams. It pinpoints areas of strength and weakness in communications between all levels of management and employees.

Training Needs Analysis

The organization and its training needs are constantly changing. No longer can the identification of training needs be a "hit or miss" process. Management is demanding that training needs be systematically identified and tied to the critical competencies and priorities of the enterprise. MMi's competency-based TNA process consists of four basic steps:

    1. Assess the organization's goals, strategic direction and target positions
    2. Collect data by interviews and computer-based survey
    3. Analyze and interpret data
    4. Present recommendations and develop training plans
