Workshop Agenda:
Problem Analysis
Teaches a logical and focused method for gathering and arraying the facts in order to identify the root cause of the problem. We train you to use a disciplined but flexible way of verbally getting the right information in a conversation manner. No rigid or cumbersome forms used here.
As a result of this module, you’ll be able to…
- Get to the heart of the problem
- Give and receive critical information in a more focused way from others
- Keep yourself and others focused on the relevant facts rather than the all the “smoke” that surrounds a problem.
Solution Generation
This phase provides you with an easy to use system for making more objective decisions and recommendations when your alternatives and risks are unclear.
As a result of this module you'll be able to...
- Generate and rank decision criteria
- Conduct comprehensive risk analysis for each alternative
- Select the “right” choice among many alternatives
- Lead well-focused decision making meetings
Plan Formulation
Once the decision is made, this phase will help you to create workable implementation plans. You’ll also learn how to identify potential future problems and establish plans to minimize or avoid things from going wrong.
As a result of this module you’ll be able to…
- Plan the implementation of decisions and recommendations
- Anticipate possible future problems associated with each decision or action taken
- Think proactively instead of reactively
