Since we first opened our doors in 1978, our consulting practice has had a single purpose: to help our clients improve their business performance through sound organizational, team and human capital management. That meant that we had to offer more than just generalized consulting solutions and packaged training workshops. With this in mind, we recognized that our special value-add to our clients was our focused approach to information sharing, problem solving and team collaboration, we call this Focused Thinking™. These capabilities have become the foundation to our consulting engagements.
By teaching, applying, and refining Focused Thinking™ since our inception, we've helped our clients be more targeted and clear about the problems they face and how to solve them. This disciplined approach has helped our clients to gather facts about problems more systematically, analyze problems with greater focus, make more objective, fact-based decisions and be more proactive in anticipating future potential problems.
Focused Thinking™ will continue to be our foundation as we move forward in the future. During the past year, I've had the opportunity to speak to a wide range of business leaders, senior managers and team leaders about their concerns and their priorities. The consensus is that their organizations are becoming leaner; the threats, both internal and external, are more pronounced, problems more complex, and the impact of poor decisions greater. This tells me that, more than ever before, organizations must develop flexible leadership and a collaborative workforce that is not only technically skilled but is also capable of solving complex problems and making sound decisions during prolonged periods of stress.
We at MMi remain dedicated to helping you improve your organizational, team and workforce performance in the face of these new organizational realities.
Whatever your needs, I invite you to contact me personally to discuss the ways MMi can help you, your team, and your organization improve performance.
Sincerely,

Alan Green
